Receive appointment confirmation. We'll remind you 72 hours and 24 hours in advance.
Drop off your pet at the scheduled appointment time.
Pick up your pet within 1 hour of receiving the completion notification.

Minimum 48 hours notice required. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the full grooming fee. Arriving 30+ minutes late is considered a no-show.
Over 1 hour late: $30 boarding fee. Further delays: $1 per minute daycare fee.
