Sarah W Dog Grooming operates within Wild Dog Grooming. Wild Dog Grooming is a shared workspace where each groomer is 100% independent. Wild Dog Grooming is not responsible for our pricing, products, hours, personal contact information, skills, services, or policies. All communication must be directly with Sarah.
Valid vaccination proof or current titer test, along with current veterinary information, must be provided before grooming.
Rabies Vaccine: Must be shown or sent to [email protected] before grooming.
Special cases will be considered on an individual basis.
Minimum 48 hours notice required for cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the full appointment fee
Although we send appointment reminders 72 hours and 24 hours in advance, it is the owner's responsibility to remember the appointment time.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the full grooming fee
Non-refundable fees will be automatically charged to the archived credit card
Arriving 30+ minutes late will be considered a no-show. If accepted after 30 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged.
A deposit is required to book the next appointment.
Our scheduling system depends on timely drop-offs and pick-ups. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the groomer may cancel the appointment at their discretion.
If accepted after 30 minutes, a $25 late drop-off fee may be charged.
Owners have 1 hour to pick up their pet after receiving completion notification (notification sent 30 minutes before completion).
Late Pick-up Fees:
• Over 1 hour: $30 boarding fee
• Further delays: $1 per minute daycare fee
If extended boarding is needed, it must be arranged in advance and paid at pick-up.
Matted coats are not only uncomfortable but also unhealthy. Regular grooming prevents excessive matting.
De-matting Fees:
• De-matting service: $2/minute (minimum $25), plus regular grooming fee
• De-matting fee: $20-$100 (depending on severity of matting)
If de-matting cannot be completed in a timely manner, shaving or any necessary length will be done to remove mats.
Note: Shaving may significantly change your pet's appearance, with hair very close to the skin, potentially exposing pre-existing skin conditions. Satisfaction is not guaranteed.
Liability Disclaimer: Sarah W Dog Grooming is not responsible for cuts, bruises, irritation, or any veterinary visits resulting from shaving matted dogs.
Sarah W Dog Grooming does not accept aggressive pets or pets that bite, are generally uncomfortable, or show aggression during grooming.
Must Disclose:
If a pet shows aggressive behavior during grooming, it will be required to be picked up immediately, and full grooming fees must be paid.
We provide extra care and patience for senior pets. Senior pets are special appointments requiring extra time.
Grooming senior pets may cause mental or physical stress due to longer grooming times, especially for arthritic pets.
Simpler cuts or stopping the grooming process may be necessary to ensure your pet's health and safety.
Liability Disclaimer: Any grooming performed on senior, critical, or frail pets is at the owner's risk. Sarah W Dog Grooming is not responsible for mental or physical stress or even death resulting from the grooming process.
Payment is due upon service completion.

We do not accept pets with severe separation anxiety such as excessive barking, whining, or distress when separated from their owner.
Pets with severe separation anxiety may experience stress during grooming or boarding, which can be harmful to their health.
Please disclose any behavioral concerns during the booking process so we can assess if we can accommodate your pet.
